Join us for a relaxing Yin Yoga class under the light of a full moon on Sunday, October 9 at 7pm. Enjoy a slower practice where poses are passively held for longer, working on the deep, dense connective tissue and joints in the body.
This event will be held outside, weather permitting. Be sure to bring layers to stay warm as the temperature cools. Some Yoga mats will be available. If you have your own Yoga mat or Yoga blanket feel free bring it with you.
