Lift Heavy to Live Healthy – May 21

Do you want to start on a new path to healthy living or level up your current fitness routine? Then the Lift Heavy to Live Healthy live event is one you won’t want to miss! Method Health Club is partnering with the Exos Human Performance Lab, VALD Performance and The Feed for this FREE event. Learn about the research on the importance of strength training, experience state-of-the-art motion capture, personal strength assessments, and body composition measurements all facilitated by the OAK team to help you reach your goals!

Choose from a Foundation OR Performance session. The Foundation session is great for those just starting their strength training journey, while the Performance session is best for those looking to take their current training to the next level. If you aren’t sure which session you would like to participate in, feel free to register for either one and we can help you decide at the event. Each 2-hour session will begin with a 20 minute presentation followed by a series of assessments, raffle prizes, food and beverages. 

This event is open to everyone 18 years and older. Those under 18 are welcome to come to the event, but will not be able to participate in the assessments. Childcare will not be provided.
