    Small Group Training

    For those who thrive within the camaraderie of a group class, but are looking for a more personalized experience, OAK Health Club offers Small Group Coaching. Small Group Coaching combines the energy of a group environment inside more concentrated sessions of two to six members. As an OAK Health Club member, Small Group Coaching gives you the best of both worlds with guidance from the industry’s best trainers at a fraction of the cost of an individual session.
