A native of Pottstown, PA, Brent attended the University of Delaware and West Chester University for Undergraduate studies in Nutrition, while playing football for 5 years and winning a Div 1aa National Championship. Brent then went on to earn a Dual Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition & Exercise Physiology from Florida State University.
A Registered Dietitian and Personal Training Manager, he has been helping people discover personal targets and achieve goals for 12+ years. He prides himself on combining his academia, current research, and client experience into his methods of planning.
