RALLY CLASS SCHEDULE
As an OAK Health Club Member, you can attend our small-group coaching class called RALLY for FREE.
Space is limited, and you will need to download the MyWellness app to reserve your spot for class.
Classes will be held in the Human Performance Center unless otherwise noted.
The camaraderie and sense of community that comes with exercising together under the coaching, motivation, and leadership of our talented team of instructors is inspiring! Join us!
No matter your age or fitness level, our group classes have you covered from the inside out and from head to toe. Our 30+ weekly classes include Yoga, HIIT, Pilates, Core & Strength, Barre, TRX and more.
